Terms of Service
Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy · Last updated 22 August 2026
Draft — not yet reviewed by a lawyer
This document has not yet received legal review. It follows RANA Technologies' standard terms structure, adapted for what SprintWatch.AI itself does — treat it as a starting point, not a final document.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SprintWatch.AI (the “Service”), operated by RANA Technologies Limited (company no. 08433262), England & Wales (“RANA Technologies”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 4.
2. The Service
SprintWatch.AI is a multi-tenant timesheet and project-delivery platform. Organizations track hours against a Client → Project → Ticket → Employee hierarchy, run Kanban or Scrum boards, route time entries through configurable approval chains, and generate client invoices from approved hours. An AI assistant — natural-language time entry, conversational reporting, and personal digests — is available on applicable plans, scoped by the same permission system as the rest of the product.
3. Your account
You're responsible for all activity under your account and organization, including actions taken by team members you invite. You must keep your sign-in credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, organization, or data you are not authorized to access — including another organization's workspace;
- Circumvent, probe, or attempt to defeat the tenant-isolation, rate-limiting, or plan-limit controls described in our documentation;
- Upload, store, or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to process — including via ticket attachments, expense receipts, or avatar uploads;
- Use the AI assistant to attempt to extract data outside your own permission scope, or to generate unlawful, abusive, or infringing content;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer its multi-tenant isolation.
We may suspend or terminate an account we reasonably believe is being used in violation of this policy, with or without notice, and may retain records of the violation as required for legal or security purposes.
5. Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice; continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
This section covers your organization's subscription to SprintWatch.AI itself — it does not apply to invoices your organization issues to its own clients through the Service, which is your organization's own billing relationship with your customer, not ours.
6. Data you submit
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Service — including client, project, ticket, and time-entry data, and any files you upload. You represent that you have the right to submit that data and to have it processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that AI-generated output — including natural-language time entry parsing, conversational answers, or digests — will be complete or accurate. Natural-language time entry parsing always produces a draft for you to review and confirm before it is saved; it is never committed automatically, and you remain responsible for verifying it before submission or approval.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RANA Technologies' total liability arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings — this returns your organization to the Free tier's limits and does not delete your data. Deleting an organization entirely is a separate, deliberate action with a mandatory grace period (minimum 30 days) before anything is destroyed, described further in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 4.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
